Alan Frable's bio photoMr. Alan Frable is an accomplished leader in the field of spectrum management at the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA). As the Chairperson of the Interdepartment Radio Advisory Committee (IRAC) and Chief of the IRAC Support Division in NTIA's Office of Spectrum Management, Mr. Frable is dedicated to developing policies and procedures for the federal government's management and use of spectrum.

After ten years of service in the U.S. Army in various telecommunications roles, Mr. Frable gained valuable expertise working as an electronics and electrical technician in the private sector. He has been with NTIA since 2003 providing important support to the IRAC’s Spectrum Planning Subcommittee for spectrum certification. Mr. Frable earned a bachelor’s degree in information technology and a master's degree in business administration from Strayer University.
